Incorporating chanting, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and music into a vigorous flowing asana, or vinyasa, practice, Jivamukti is a physically and intellectually stimulating method. This system emphasizes bringing ancient teachings alive in a contemporary setting.

Children's Yoga

The classes are 45 minutes long and incorporate: breathing techniques, postures, relaxation and yoga games. It is not only the physical side that is nurtured, but also the children's feelings and emotions. This is done by making them more aware of the way they view themselves, others and the world around them. All of this is done in a fun and non-competetive environment, using stories, props, songs and their imaginations! The classes are split into 2 age groups: 3-7 year olds and 8-12 year olds.


This system draws its influences from the roots of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Often accompanied by music, sequences within these classes will vary, adding an element of playfulness, but retaining an adherence to alignment and technique, ensuring a foundation for a safe and more effective practice.

Teen Yoga

During this time of fast paced living, social media and high expectations, we offer you a space free from all these pressures. Classes are taught in a nurturing and encouraging way. In this space, we learn to love ourselves whole heartedly, while supporting our bodies, breathes, minds and each other.
